Hotel Policy

Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM| Check-out time:
11:00 AM
·
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to
hotel discretion and availability.
·
A maximum of three adults are allowed per room.
The third occupant will be provided with a mattress or rollaway bed.
·
In case of unavailability in the listed hotels,
a similar standard hotel will be arranged.
·
Certain hotels may require a refundable security
deposit at the time of check-in.
Itinerary &
Transportation
- The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified.
- Transportation is provided only as per itinerary and will not be available on disposal.
· AC may not be functional in cool or hilly areas.
· Entrance fees, parking charges, and guide fees are not included unless explicitly mentioned.

Air Travel &
Luggage
·
For flights involving multiple airlines , guests may need to collect and re-check their luggage during
layovers.
·
Cost of deviation and ticket validity extensions are not included
in the package.
Pricing & Refunds
·
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
·
All bookings are subject to availability of
airline seats and hotel rooms.
·
Refunds for paid activities not operated due to
unforeseen reasons will be processed and credited within 30 days.
·
No refunds for complimentary activities not
utilized or operational.
·
Mandatory gala dinners (especially during
Christmas/New Year) are not included and may be charged extra by the hotels.
Package cost excludes:
·
Personal expenses (laundry, telephone, room service,
minibar, alcohol, tips, portage, etc.)
·
Camera/video fees at tourist sites
·
Items not mentioned in the inclusion list
Special Conditions
·
Passenger age must be correctly entered during
booking; incorrect entries may result in penalties during travel.
·
Activities like
Dudhsagar Waterfalls are closed
during monsoons (June to September).
·
Water sports and outdoor activities are subject
to weather and ground conditions.
·
Tours and transfers are not valid between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM, unless
specified.
Force Majeure &
Liability
·
Bookingfree is not liable for changes or cancellations due
to force majeure events, including but not limited to:
·
Natural calamities, strikes, fairs, weather,
flight cancellations/re-routing, overbooked hotels, restricted access, or local
conditions.
·
In such cases MMT will strive to offer suitable
alternatives but shall not be responsible for refunds or compensation beyond
the agreements made with third-party vendors.
Legal
·
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of courts in New Delhi.
·
