Customization & Itinerary

Ø  All packages are customizable. Activities and itineraries can be modified as per your preference and availability.

Ø  Itineraries may change due to operational conditions or force majeure events.

Hotel & Accommodation Policies

Ø  Hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.

Ø  Hotel bed types (Double/Twin/Queen with Sofa Bed) are subject to availability.

Ø  Tourism Tax of 10 MYR/room/night is included for hotels like Metrostar, IBIS Styles, and Furama. For other hotels, the guest must pay at check-in, and the amount will be refunded upon receipt submission.

Ø  Hotel security deposit may be required at check-in, refundable at check-out as per hotel policy.

Ø  Maximum of 3 adults allowed per room. Extra mattress/rollaway bed is provided where applicable.

Ø  Children are not provided extra beds unless pre-arranged directly with the hotel (charges apply).

Ø  In case of hotel unavailability, an alternate hotel of the same category will be arranged.

Meals & Inclusions

Ø  Meals are included as per the meal plan specified in your itinerary.

Ø  Personal expenses such as laundry, room service, minibar, phone calls, alcoholic beverages, etc., are not included.

Flights, Visa & Documentation

Ø  Air tickets and Visa are not included unless explicitly stated.

Ø  For Visa-on-Arrival destinations (e.g., Thailand, Bali, Maldives), visa charges must be borne by the guest.

Ø  For international travel, passports must have at least 6 months validity from your return date.

Ø  Final responsibility for visa approval lies with the embassy/consulate; the agency holds no liability for rejections or delays.

 Payments & Cancellations

Ø  Final payment must be made as per the schedule in the confirmation email.

Ø  Failure to make payment on time may lead to cancellation. Refunds will follow the package’s cancellation policy.

Ø  For unforeseen activity cancellations* (e.g., due to weather), refund processing may take up to 30 days.

Ø  No refund is provided for complimentary activities* that are non-operational.

Quote Validity & Seasonal Pricing

Ø  Package quote is valid for 7 days from date of issue.

Ø  Prices do not apply during peak seasons, including Christmas, New Year, Diwali, Eid, and Chinese New Year, unless specifically mentioned.

Ø  Guests must verify that the quote matches the requested requirements; the company is not liable for any discrepancies if not raised before confirmation.

Cruise, Transport & Sightseeing

Ø  Parking charges during sightseeing are payable directly by the guest.

Ø  Tours and transfers must be attended on time; delays may lead to missed services without compensation.

Ø  Cruise gratuities, port charges, or tourism taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the guest unless otherwise stated.

Ø  "Day at Leisure" implies no planned activities.

 Important Notes

Ø  Check-in is usually at 3:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM.

Ø  Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel discretion and may involve additional charges.

Ø  If the selected hotel is unavailable, an alternate hotel in the same category will be offered.

Ø  Changes to activities or hotels are subject to availability and ground conditions.
