Day 1

Your journey begins with a flight from Kochi (or nearest airport in Kerala) to Bagdogra Airport, the nearest major airport to Sikkim. Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by our local representative.After a brief meet-and-greet session, board your private vehicle for a scenic drive to Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim. The drive takes approximately 4.5 to 5.5 hours and winds through lush green hills, river valleys, and Himalayan foothills.On reaching Gangtok, check in to your 3-star category hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to relax and unwind after the long journey. You can enjoy the cool mountain air and perhaps take a short stroll near your hotel.This evening, enjoy a welcome dinner at the hotel with local and Indian cuisine served hot.

Day 2

After an early breakfast, set out for a spectacular high-altitude excursion to the snow-laden landscapes of East Sikkim. Your first stop is the enchanting Tsomgo Lake, a glacial lake located at 12,310 feet. Surrounded by rugged hills and alpine trees, the lake is revered by locals and offers breathtaking views. You can enjoy optional yak rides or simply take in the serenity of this icy wonder.Continue to the nearby Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir, a sacred shrine dedicated to a brave Indian Army soldier, believed to be a guardian spirit of the mountains. The temple holds deep spiritual significance and is visited by soldiers and civilians alike.Subject to weather conditions and permit approval by the Indian Army, you may get the chance to ascend further to Nathula Pass, a historic trade route that once connected India and Tibet. Perched at an altitude of 14,140 feet, Nathula offers unforgettable vistas of the Indo-China border and snow-clad peaks (additional fee applies).After a thrilling day exploring the high Himalayas, return to Gangtok by evening. Proceed to Ganesh Tok, a hilltop temple offering breathtaking views of the town and Kanchenjunga range. Capture the natural charm of Bakthang Waterfalls, a cascading beauty nestled amidst greenery, and then stop at Tashi View Point for another perspective of the Himalayas and nearby monasteries.By afternoon, begin your scenic drive to Darjeeling, weaving through misty hills and tea plantations.
