Terms & Conditions
Hotel Policy
- Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM| Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel discretion and availability.
- A maximum of three adults are allowed per room. The third occupant will be provided with a mattress or rollaway bed.
- In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, a similar standard hotel will be arranged.
- Certain hotels may require a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in.
Itinerary & Transportation
- The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified.
- Transportation is provided only as per itinerary and will not be available on disposal.
- AC may not be functional in cool or hilly areas.
- Entrance fees, parking charges, and guide fees are not included unless explicitly mentioned.
Air Travel & Luggage
- For flights involving multiple airlines , guests may need to collect and re-check their luggage during layovers.
- Cost of deviation and ticket validity extensions are not included in the package.
Pricing & Refunds
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- All bookings are subject to availability of airline seats and hotel rooms.
- Refunds for paid activities not operated due to unforeseen reasons will be processed and credited within 30 days.
- No refunds for complimentary activities not utilized or operational.
- Mandatory gala dinners (especially during Christmas/New Year) are not included and may be charged extra by the hotels.
Package cost excludes:
- Personal expenses (laundry, telephone, room service, minibar, alcohol, tips, portage, etc.)
- Camera/video fees at tourist sites
- Items not mentioned in the inclusion list
Special Conditions
- Passenger age must be correctly entered during booking; incorrect entries may result in penalties during travel.
- Activities like Dudhsagar Waterfalls are closed during monsoons (June to September).
- Water sports and outdoor activities are subject to weather and ground conditions.
- Tours and transfers are not valid between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM, unless specified.
Force Majeure & Liability
- Bookingfree is not liable for changes or cancellations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to:
- Natural calamities, strikes, fairs, weather, flight cancellations/re-routing, overbooked hotels, restricted access, or local conditions.
- In such cases MMT will strive to offer suitable alternatives but shall not be responsible for refunds or compensation beyond the agreements made with third-party vendors.
Legal
- All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
